How we involve end users

To get Easy Read right, it’s essential to involve the people who use it.

Every week, we run sessions with independent groups of people with learning disabilities. They review a cross-section of our current Easy Read documents, and their feedback helps us maintain the quality of all our work.

All the techniques we use have been shaped by people with learning disabilities. Even our illustrations were co-designed with them.
