In short, clients provide us with a copy of their original document and we send them back an Easy Read version that's fully accessible, ready to print or publish online.
We offer support, advice and expertise on the most appropriate way to deliver information to people with a learning disability. We help clients to understand when and if there's a requirement for Easy Read.

Conduct feedback and transfer knowledge within our team and the wider community.
We work closely with independent groups of people with learning disabilities, like our local Mencap group. Their members routinely check a cross-section of our documents and their feedback helps us with the quality of all our work.
We produce Easy Read versions of reports, presentations, leaflets, consultations, strategies, letters, reference & guidance documents, policies, surveys, forms, information sheets, flow-charts, web-content, posters, meeting minutes & agendas, legal & technical documents.
We provide Easy Read materials in the following formats: PDF - including print-ready and WCAG 2.1 compliant to meet accessibility laws, interactive PDFs with fillable fields and tick-boxes, audio or video, printed materials, separate text-only and image-only files for use in web-content or html surveys, PowerPoint presentations, editable Word versions.
We can also arrange for your Easy Read to be translated into other languages.
